I loved this. Very Informative. The most crucial thing I want to know about the rice water is, after the whole process of using the rice water, what do you do with it? Do I make another jar or i keep the one used for the next wash?
Ideally you should make enough for each wash. Rather make so much that may go bad quickly. I found using the rice water from rinsing rice that I intend to use for cooking to best way to avoid wastage.
